I have known Toby for several years now and have used his company’s services for a number of building projects.
These building projects have been significant in size, but I have always found Toby to be extremely able and competent to the point that I could completely relax and allow the work to be undertaken knowing that everything would be done properly and to a very high standard.
It was always important to me that I could leave any contractor to get on with the tasks in hand, given that I work full time but, of course, being kept apprised of all developments. Toby has completely satisfied my requirements in this regard.
I believe that it speaks for itself that I have instructed Toby to undertake further work following his completion of earlier projects.
I have found Toby to be extremely competent and able in his communications with other instructed experts, such as architects and structural engineers. Indeed, the architects involved in one project of mine even approached me to establish whether I could recommend Toby for another Client of theirs and the answer to this was a resounding yes.
In addition to the above, I have always found Toby to be reasonable in his charges and in-line with his quotes, and if there have been any extras, he has always provided me with thorough details of the same.
Finally, my wife and I have always found Toby to be courteous and thoughtful and extremely mindful of neighbours and how his sub-contractors behave on-site. This has been extremely important to us, and Toby has also satisfied these requirements in full.
All in all, we would highly recommend TSW Construction for your building needs.

We recently had a single-floor wrap-around extension completed, which added four new rooms, a bathroom, a new driveway, a patio area and renovations to two existing bathrooms upstairs. From start to finish, Toby was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire project.
Not only did he manage the works seamlessly, but he also ensured that all the tradespeople he brought on-site were skilled, respectful, and polite.
